Filter Tools. Users can filter their search by the following: <br />i.Address <br />ii.Local Area: Neighborhoods, District, Custom (GIS shapes for <br />specific areas to be provided by the Agency) <br />iii.Status (Under Consideration / Decision Made) matched to <br />state of each record <br />iv.Keyword (permissioned) <br />v.Date ranges <br />vi.Record type (tree of different types) <br />7. User Profile. Users can create and maintain a profile in the <br />AgencyCounter application. The process is simple and only takes a <br />few minutes following the step by step wizard. Once details have <br />been entered, an email is sent to the provided email address to <br />validate its authenticity. <br />8. Alert Notifications. Users can manage their alerts in <br />AgencyCounter where they can amend or delete them. Users who <br />wish to receive alerts must have an authenticated profile (as outlined <br />above) and can do the following: <br />i.Create an alert by choosing a known local area or a selected <br />number of grids overlaid on a geographic area of the Agency <br />ii.Choose the options for each department/module available <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.012/Buildingeye (AgencyCounter Service Agreement) (Page 18 of 26)
