CONSUMED SERVICES Consumed services are calculated on a fair use <br />basis. <br />D. ALERTS are enabled for End Users to use in the application. In the first <br />year there is no additional charge for user created standard alerts. PREMIUM FEATURES Standard Edition elements provided in <br />AgencyCounter are freely available to End Users as per the Consultant’s <br />product feature listing. Premium features and services are made available <br />for a fee to either Users or the Agency only where agreed in advance with <br />the Agency. <br />F. RATE CARD The Consultant provides certain services and features as <br />add-ons, these are detailed and billed as per the Rate Card in force at the <br />time of uptake, such charges, when and where applicable will be notified <br />to the Agency in advance, in writing. <br />G. TERMS In general, payment terms are NET 30 Days from date of <br />signing/order/invoice, whichever is earlier. <br />Initial Integration Fees will be billed when works commence following <br />signing of this agreement.
