The improvements [or that certain portion <br />of the improvements described as ] required <br />to be constructed in accordance with that certain Owner <br />Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") dated2003, <br />by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br />and MP Redwood Court Associates, a California limited partnership <br />(the "Participating Owner"), on that certain real property more <br />fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference have been completed in accordance with the <br />provisions of said Agreement. <br />Segtion 2a This Certificate of Completion shall <br />constitute a conclusive determination of satisfaction of the <br />agreements and covenants contained in the Agreement with respect to <br />the obligations of the Participating Owner, and its successors and <br />assigns, to construct the improvements and the dates for the <br />beginning and completion thereof; provided, however, that the <br />Agency may enter the Property for purposes of enforcing any <br />covenant of the Agreement. Said Agreement is an official record, of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and a co-py of <br />said Agreement may be inspected in the office of the Secretary of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City during regular <br />business hours. <br />F - 1 <br />
