Section 3. Notwithstanding any language of this <br />Certificate of Completion to the contrary, the execution, delivery <br />and/or recordation of this Certificate of Completion shall not <br />affect the validity or enforceability of the covenants set forth in <br />the Declaration of Affordability Covenants, the covenants set forth <br />in the Declaration of Redevelopment Covenants, the obligations of <br />the Participating Owner under the Promissory Note or the provisions <br />of the Deed of Trust, all entered into in connection with the <br />Agreement. <br />Section 4.
