Provide appliable wage determination for bid package 2 Prepare and present at pre-bid meeting 2 Conduct and filing of contractor verifications 2 Bid Analysis Report (bidders responsive) to the City 2 Prepare and submit OFCCP contract award supporting documents 2 Prepare and distribute compliance information packet to contractors 2 Participate in pre-construction meeting and present compliance forms and requirements 2 Assist contractors with pre-construction compliance documents and review 5 Total 20 Pre-Construction Documents •Applicable Federal compliance forms •Authorization/Designation of Payroll Officer •DAS 140 & 142 forms to report apprenticeship hiring •Fringe Benefit Statement •Apprenticeship Hiring Ratio – journeyman/apprentice ratio •Section 3 Commitment and Hiring Plan •Onsite Employee Posters and prevailing wages •Onsite Project Announcement Construction Phase – Total: 95 hours Description Hours Review weekly payrolls, apprentice information, training funds report, and supporting compliance documents. Prepare Status Report to the City according to City’s preference. Collect/verify Section 3 Worker certifications and status. Michael Baker is providing this Fee Proposal for Labor Compliance enforcing and monitoring services.
