<br />PROPOSAL FOR LABOR COMPLIANCE SERVICES <br />CDBG-funded Fair Oaks Community Center Kitchen Remodel Project <br /> <br />Michael Baker will submit invoices on a monthly basis. Invoices will be submitted by the tenth (10th) of the month and include <br />a breakdown of employee position, name, rate, and hours worked. The estimated work hours may be updated if the project scope of work changes, additional <br />types of funding are provided to the project, and/or if the construction work term is extended. <br /> <br />Currently, this project was described to be funded in whole with Federal CDBG Funding with no local funding provided. <br />Therefore, this project will be subject to Federal Labor Compliance and Davis Bacon Act wage decision. State prevailing <br />wage rates may not apply. Final determination of the Labor Compliance and prevailing wages will be provided to the City <br />when the project details are confirmed. <br /> <br />
