(TRB) to provide additional capacity to maintain customer <br />service levels during high-volume periods and to provide specialized expertise <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following <br />contract amendments for on-call professional services for the Community <br />Development & Transportation Department – Building Division: <br />1. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with True North Compliance <br />Services, Inc. to increase compensation by $1,000,000 over a 2-year period for a <br />total contract amount of $2,000,000; <br />2. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with West Coast Code <br />Consultants, Inc. to increase compensation by $1,738,560 over a 2-year period <br />for a total contract amount of $4,038,560; and <br />3. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with TRB and Associates, Inc. to <br />increase compensation by $200,000 over a 2-year period for a total contract <br />amount of $400,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />2
