Page 3 of 7 <br />6.B.Award of Contract to Cratus, Inc. for Redwood City Recycled Water Project Main <br />City Distribution System - Phase 2.C.1, with funding from the Water Capital <br />Projects Fund, to expand the recycled water system and enhance the resiliency <br />of the City’s water supply <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard form <br />construction contract documents and award a contract for the Redwood City <br />Recycled Water Project Main City Distribution System - Phase 2.C.1 to Cratus, Inc. <br />of San Francisco, CA in the amount of $1,673,600; and authorize the City <br />Manager, or their designee, to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to <br />20 percent of the original contract amount, for a total amount not to exceed <br />$2,008,320. <br />CEQA: <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />6.C.Levy of Fiscal Year 2024-25 benefit assessments for the Redwood Shores <br />Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1 formed to maintain public areas and <br />facilities benefiting the Lido neighborhood <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution requesting and authorizing the County Controller to Levy the <br />Benefit Assessments for Fiscal Year 2024-25 for the Redwood Shores Landscape <br />Maintenance District No. 1995-1 in the amount of $301,312 and authorizing the <br />County Tax Collector to collect such assessments. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.D.Levy of benefit assessments for Fiscal Year 2024-25 for the Seaport Boulevard <br />Landscape Maintenance District <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution requesting and authorizing the County Controller to levy the <br />Benefit Assessments for the Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District <br />in the amount of $212,500 and authorizing the County Tax Collector to collect <br />such assessments for the tax roll year 2024-2025. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
