Page 4 of 7 <br />6.E.Adopt a resolution authorizing the display of the Disability Pride Flag from July <br />16-26, 2024 in honor of National Disability Pride Month <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing the display of the Disability Pride Flag in July 16- <br />26, 2024 in honor of National Disability Pride Month. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F.Agreement for Services with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates (HDL) to <br />provide technical support to assist the City in administering its cannabis-related <br />programs, with services funded by the annual permit fee paid by cannabis <br />retailers <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />Agreement for Services with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates, to provide <br />subject matter expertise and technical support on cannabis management <br />services, for initial one-year term beginning July 2024, through July 2025 for a <br />not-to-exceed amount of $119,400, and authorize the City Manager to extend <br />the agreement for two additional one-year terms in an amount not to exceed <br />$125,400 for the first extension and $131,700 for the second extension, through <br />July 20, 2027, for a total contract amount not to exceed $376,500. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G.Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company <br />for project management services, and Amendment No. 5 to Agreement for <br />Services with ELS Architecture and Urban Design for construction <br />administration services for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center- <br />YMCA Project, for extended time and services due to construction delays <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 3 to the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company for project <br />management services for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center for a <br />not-to-exceed amount of $695,460, for a total not-to-exceed amount of <br />$4,318,438; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 5 to the Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture and Urban Design for <br />construction administration services for a not-to-exceed amount of $362,635, for <br />a total not-to-exceed amount of $9,607,061; and <br />4
