Phase 2B, constructed by Stanford, extended the transmission and <br />distribution system to the Stanford campus on Broadway (crossing under Highway 101 to the intersection <br />of Broadway and Douglas Avenue). <br />ANALYSIS <br />Phase 2.C.1 will extend the recycled water transmission system (30” High Density Polyethylene, HDPE, <br />pipe) further into Downtown Redwood City, from the intersection of Walnut Street and Marshall Street <br />to the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Marshall Street, a total length of approximately 900 lineal <br />feet. <br />The Engineer’s Probable Cost Estimate for this project is $1,350,000 to $1,600,000. <br />The City published the solicitation for bids on May 3, 2024 on the City website and newspaper posting in <br />the Examiner – Redwood City Tribune.
