By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement <br />for Services with Gilbane Building Company for project management services for the Veterans Memorial <br />Building/Senior Center for a not-to-exceed amount of $695,460, for a total not-to-exceed amount of <br />$4,318,438; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement <br />for Services with ELS Architecture and Urban Design for construction administration services for a not-to- <br />exceed amount of $362,635, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $9,607,061; and <br />3.
