Learn why this is important <br />Good day Council Members and Mayor Gee, <br />I am elated to see that the waiver of business tax on child care centers is up for consideration. As a <br />childcare provider for the past 15 years, I've struggled to pay the overhead costs that come with the <br />business of providing care and learning for our community's youngest children. Redwood City has <br />made decisions to support young families and providers in recent years and I am proud to have my <br />business in this progressive city. I appreciate your leadership and commitment to the field of early <br />childhood education.
