REV: 05-08-24 VR <br />Scope of Services Assumptions: <br /> One draft and one final basis of design report is assumed to cover preliminary <br />equipment selection and alternatives assessment for SSPS 22 and 23. <br /> S&W assume the City will provide records of existing infrastructure within the project <br />area including drawings, engineering reports, and other supporting documentation <br />related to the existing SSPS 22, 23, the shared forcemain, discharge location/elevation <br />and other impacted SSPSs. <br /> Coordination with Telstar (City’s preferred integrator) during design is covered under this <br />scope of services. <br /> Telstar (City’s preferred integrator) review time for SCADA related equipment submittals <br />is included under this scope of services. <br /> Telstar (City’s preferred integrator) integration of contractor installed equipment during <br />construction will be included under the selected contractor’s scope of work and is not <br />included herein. <br /> S&W assume that inspection and monitoring activities will be performed by the City. <br /> S&W assume that permit fees will be waived for this project. <br /> S&W assume that a radio path survey for SCADA/Communications is not required and is <br />therefore not included in this scope of services. <br /> S&W assume that City Building Permit, Title 24 calculations and forms are not required <br />for this project. <br /> S&W assumes that the design will comply with the requirements of the 2022 California <br />Building Code and Public Works Standards. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.064/Schaaf & Wheeler (Agreement for Services for Design Services) (Page 16 of 20)
