REV: 05-08-24 VR <br />Task 9: Record Drawings and Project Closeout <br />The following services shall be provided once substantial completion of the project is achieved. <br />1. Participate in the final inspection and assist with punch list of deficiencies. <br />2. Prepare "As-Built" record drawings based on construction field notes and limited fieldreview <br />by the Consultant. <br />Deliverables: <br />Consultant will furnish one digital copy of as-built record drawings. <br />Optional Tasks: <br />The following services can be provided upon authorization by the City. <br />Optional Task A: Potholing <br />1. Potholing services including all necessary equipment and personnel, all necessary permits <br />from the City (we assume permit fees can be waived), notification to USA 48 hours prior to <br />potholing, traffic control, backfill to City standards, summary information sheet for each pothole <br />performed. <br />Deliverables: <br />Consultant will furnish one digital copy of pothole summary sheets. <br />Optional Task B: Separate Bid Packages for SSPS 22 and 23 <br />Separate plans, specifications, and opinion of probable costs can be provided if each pump <br />station is to be bid separately. This optional task covers the level of effort, in addition to Tasks 1- <br />9, required to provide separate bid documents for 60%, 90% and 100% deliverables assuming <br />separate bid packages for each station. This includes additional construction support services <br />for submittal review and RFI response. <br />Deliverables: <br />Consultant shall furnish one digital copy of the 60%, 90%, 100% PS&E packages for each <br />station.
