19 <br /> <br /> <br />City staff reports and City-facing documents should follow the City of Redwood City ’s writen <br />communica�on guidelines located in SharePoint (link) under 2.10 Communica�on Social Media <br />Support <br />Working with the City’s PIO, the Internal Communications Task Team will develop social media <br />posts and city calendar notifications. These posts will be shared at key milestones if requested <br />by City Council or the ESC. The PIO would lead by posting on the City’s NextDoor, if <br />appropriate.
