The next refresh
is expected in early 2024.
The website already includes an online interface for the public to submit comments on the
project electronically. The messages currently go to the webmaster and are then forwarded to
the City PIO/Communications team, who forward any information requests to the Project
Team. This avenue has not been utilized often to date, but a new process will be developed for
the construction phase, as public inquiries can be expected to increase.
5.4.
