US 101/Woodside Interchange Improvement Project Page 6 <br />Figure 3 – List of PLT Members <br />The PLT will serve as an intermediary between the PMT and Executive Steering Committee (ESC). <br />PLT responsibilities will include: <br />• Review scope, cost, schedule, and risk changes as requested by the PMT, Consultant PM, <br />and present changes to the ESC as appropriate. <br />• Approve changes to the scope and schedule that fit within the funding and schedule <br />constraints provided by the ESC. <br />• Encourage adherence to the defined scope, schedule, and budget. <br />• Ensure the Project Managers and Project Task Managers are appropriately resourced and <br />that resources are properly utilized. <br />4) PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM <br />The Project Management Team (PMT) is comprised of those Project Task Managers who are directly <br />leading the project delivery work and are responsible for managing the scope, schedule, risk, cost, <br />and funding for the Project.
