The ESC will: <br />• Approve the Baseline Project Budget and Milestone Schedule. <br />• Support and advise the PLT and other appropriate agencies and stakeholders on the delivery <br />of the project. <br />• Provide direction and monitor the work of the PLT and PMT. <br />• Ensure the means and mechanisms are in place to support the technical work performed. <br />• Ensure the project, throughout its development, meets the agreed upon purpose and need. <br />• Deliberate, advise, and provide oversight on project deliverables as determined necessary <br />by the PLT and PMT. <br />3) PROJECT LEADERSHIP TEAM <br />The mid-level management committee, referred to as the Project Leadership Team (PLT), will be <br />comprised of management representatives from each of the Partnering Agencies. These managers <br />will have authority to make resource and policy decisions on behalf of their agency in support of the <br />Project and within the parameters set by the ESC. They will also serve as the level of resolution for <br />technical, policy, and funding issues elevated by the PMT that aligns with the current scope of work. <br />The PLT will meet ad hoc and will be provided quarterly Project progress updates by the PMT (at a <br />minimum).
