REV: 05-08-24 LF <br />CHANGE IN CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR <br />Consultant shall assign individual persons as Construction Inspector for the duration of <br />this Agreement, as approved by the City Engineer or designee. <br />Should Consultant’s City-approved Construction Inspector have a planned absence such <br />that they will not be available to provide inspection services on any particular day or time, <br />Consultant shall provide advance notice to City and shall provide alternative means of <br />providing inspection services until City-approved Construction Inspector becomes <br />available. <br />Generally, individual persons designated as Construction Inspector by Consultant and <br />approved by City shall not change unless City has approved of such change in writing in <br />advance to the change being made, except in unforeseen circumstances such as an <br />employee illness, in which such circumstance Consultant shall notify City as soon as <br />practical. <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />Invoices shall be submitted monthly. Payment is due thirty (30) days upon receipt of an <br />accurate invoice. <br />Services to be billed on an hourly basis according to the rates below. <br />Hours allocation based on a theoretical 8-hour day. <br />Overtime work, if required by the project, must be pre-approved by the City. Overtime <br />hours, if any, will be billed at the hourly rate listed above. <br />Date Available: Date when staff member is 100% available to Redwood City projects. <br />Actual staff to be determined by assigned project and required skill set. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.065/Zoon Engineering (On-Call Construction Inspection Services) (Page 13 of 14)
