By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to <br />the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company for project management <br />services for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center for a not-to-exceed amount <br />of $695,460, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $4,318,438; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to <br />the Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture and Urban Design for construction <br />administration services for a not-to-exceed amount of $362,635, for a total not-to- <br />exceed amount of $9,607,061; and <br />3.
