STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br /> 7.A. Informational public meeting for a proposed 100% affordable housing development <br />project at 112 Vera Avenue consistent with State law requirements (SB 35/SB 423) for <br />a streamlined, ministerial review process <br /> <br />Community Development Director Jeff Schwob introduced the item and Senior Planner <br />Apollo Rojas gave the presentation. <br /> <br />Project applicant, Integrated Community Developmentās Senior Vice President Jake Lingo <br />gave a presentation. <br /> <br />The following members of the public gave public comment: <br /> <br /> Nels Delander <br /> John Davey <br /> Filip Crnogorac <br /> Tina Kyriakis <br /> Maria Baricevic <br /> Vishu Malhotra <br /> Rosanne Foust <br /> Corey Smith <br /> MJ Davey <br /> Liza Bizzaro <br /> Ken Chan <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold an informational public meeting to provide an opportunity for the public and the <br />City Council to comment on the development prior to the applicant submitting an <br />application consistent with State law requirements under SB 35/ SB 423. No formal <br />action on the project will be taken at the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />An informational public meeting was held. No formal action was taken on the project. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> <br />Mayor Gee confirmed that the Council approved item 6E on the agenda, authorizing the <br />Disability Pride Flag to be raised at Courthouse Square on Tuesday, July 16 at 5:30 p.m. <br />
