The establishment, maintenance or operation of the use will not, under <br />the circumstances of the particular case, be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety, or welfare of persons residing or working in the proposed neighborhood <br />of the proposed use, or the property and improvements in the neighborhood, or <br />the City. <br /> <br />The project would not alter the building’s exterior and would only reconfigure the <br />interior. The proposed land uses would not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or <br />welfare of the neighborhood or Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 6. The Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City hereby <br />approves the Downtown Planned Community Permit, consistent with the DTPP of the <br />Redwood City Code, subject to the Conditions of approval set forth in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />Section 7.
