The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br />designate the residence and property located at 970 Edgewood Road, Redwood City, <br />California a Historic Landmark. <br />Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br />approve a Historic Property Preservation Agreement for the subject property. <br />Section 5.
