ATTY/RESO.0118/PC RESO SOUTH MAIN MIXED-USED PROJECT <br />REV: 10-21-2020 PR <br />Page 11 of 31 <br />potential for landslides. <br />Impact GEO-7b: Implementation of the Project would not result in substantial <br />soil erosion or the loss of topsoil. <br />Impact GEO-7e: Implementation of the Project would not use alternative <br />wastewater disposal systems, and thus would not have any impacts relating <br />to the use of septic tanks or other alternative wastewater disposal systems. <br />8. Greenhouse Gas Emissions. These findings regarding the Project’s potential <br />impacts relating to greenhouse gas emissions are based on the analyses on pages 3.4- <br />17 through 3.4-21 of the DEIR, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact GG-1: The Project would not directly or indirectly generate <br />greenhouse gas emissions that may have a significant impact on the <br />environment. <br />Impact GG-2: The Project would not conflict with an applicable plan, policy, <br />or regulation of an agency adopted for the purpose of reducing the emissions <br />of greenhouse gases <br />Impact GG-3: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less-than-significant cumulative impacts <br />with respect to greenhouse gas emissions. <br />9. Hazards and Hazardous Materials. These findings regarding the Project’s <br />potential impacts relating to hazards and hazardous materials are based on the <br />analyses on pages HAZ 4.9-2 through HAZ 4.9-9 of the Initial Study, which is hereby <br />incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact HAZ -9e: The Project would not be located within an airport land use <br />plan or, where such a plan has not been adopted, within 2 miles of a public <br />airport or public use airport, resulting in a safety hazard for people residing or <br />working in the Project area. <br />Impact HAZ-9f: Implementation of the Project would not impair <br />implementation of, or physically interfere with, an adopted emergency <br />response plan or emergency evacuation plan. <br />Impact HAZ -9g: The Project would not expose people or structures, either <br />directly or indirectly, to a significant risk of loss, injury, or death involving <br />wildland fires. <br />10. Hydrology and Water Quality. These findings regarding the Project’s potential <br />impacts relating to hydrology and water quality are based on the analyses on pages HYD <br />4.10-4 through HYD 4.10-8 of the Initial Study, which is hereby incorporated herein in its <br />entirety. <br />Impact HW-10b: Implementation of the Project would not substantially <br />decrease groundwater supplies or interfere substantially with groundwater <br />recharge such that the project may impede sustainable groundwater <br />management of the basin.
