As site conditions warrant, the City Engineer may direct the applicant to implement <br />additional winterization requirements. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />88. Grading – Grading shall be performed in accordance with the City’s Engineering Standards. Soil or <br />other construction materials shall not be stockpiled in the public right-of-way. Submit cut/fill <br />volumes (CY) for all soils to be imported to or exported from the site. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />89. Monitoring - The Soils Engineer shall conduct continuous site inspections during trenching and <br />backfill operations at the applicant’s expense. The Soils Engineer shall take compaction tests and <br />submit the results to Engineering & Construction. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />Downtown Specific Projects (Parcel F Only) <br />90. Notice of Right to Operations – Provide a “Notice of Right to Downtown Operations” to all tenants <br />prior to execution of any lease per DTPP Section 2.2.5. [SDR][PLANNING] <br />91. Signs – Future signs require a separate sign permit and shall conform to the requirements of the <br />Downtown Precise Plan and Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code. California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) - A portion of the proposed work is within the <br />State of California right-of-way, including the class IV protected bike lane, median changes, and <br />HAWK signal within the El Camino Real right-of-way. Joint Powers Board / Caltrain - The applicant shall obtain all necessary encroachment permits or <br />right of entry agreements from the Joint Powers Board for any work in or affecting their property. <br />[SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />94. California Department of Fish & Wildlife (CADFW) - The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br />from the CADFW for work within Redwood Creek. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />95. Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) - The applicant obtain all necessary permits from <br />the RWQCB for work within Redwood Creek. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />96. United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) - The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br />from the USACE for work within Redwood Creek. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />97. San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br />from SFPUC for work within the Hetch Hetchy easement for traffic calming improvements on <br />Redwood Avenue. Exterior Materials – The exterior materials, colors, textures, trim elements, windows and roof pitch <br />of the project shall be consistent throughout and substantially conform to the colors and materials
