ATTY/RESO.0141/PC RESO AMENDING PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGES <br />REV: 12-03-2020 PR <br />Page 6 of 18 <br />6.10 - Other Required Conditions. <br />The following additional conditions shall apply in the R-2 District: <br />A. The minimum building site for public or quasi-public buildings shall be forty <br />thousand (40,000) square feet. Such building sites shall have a minimum average <br />width of one hundred (100) feet. <br />B. There shall be a limit of one (1) single-family dwelling, one (1) two (2)-family <br />(duplex) dwelling, or one (1) three (3)-family (triplex) dwelling building per lot <br />except for permitted dwelling groups approved pursuant to a planned development <br />permit. <br /> <br /> <br />[Article 8, Section 8.3 is amended as follows] <br /> <br />Article 8 - R-3 (MULTI-FAMILY—LOW DENSITY) DISTRICT <br /> <br />8.3 - Accessory Uses. <br />The following structures and uses are permitted in the R-3 District when accessory <br />to and constructed or commenced concurrently with or subsequent to uses permitted <br />under Sections 8.2 and 8.4 and in accordance with the specified regulations: <br />A. Home occupations (Section 31.12); <br />B. Short term rental uses (Section 31.3) The providing of rooms or board for not <br />more than two (2) persons provided such room and board is furnished in the main <br />building only; <br />C. Accessory dwelling units (Article 37); Other accessory uses and structures <br />customarily appurtenant to a permitted use; <br />D. Family childcare homes (Article 39);, in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 39.3. <br />E. Other accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a permitted <br />use; <br /> <br />[Article 10, Section 10.4 is amended as follows] <br /> <br />Article 10 – R-5 (MULTI-FAMILY HIGH DENSITY) ZONING DISTRICT <br /> <br />10.4 Conditional Uses <br />[Subsections (A) – (F) are unchanged] <br /> <br />G. Incidental sales and services to residents provided such activities are conducted <br />entirely within the main building, the design of which the building does not invite the <br />use of these services by the general public. <br /> <br />[Subsections (H) – (L) are unchanged] <br /> <br /> <br />
