The letter "R" may be used as a suffix to any CG zoning district which has been <br />designated for a "mixed use" (i.e., Combined Residential and Commercial use) in <br />the General Plan for the City of Redwood City. <br />B. The R Combining District allows residential uses consistent with the requirements <br />of the R-5 Zoning District. Residential uses may be permitted in an R (Residential) <br />Combining District only if a planned development permit Use Permit is approved
