Conditionally Granted: The Planned Development Permit, <br />Condominium Permit, Tentative Parcel Map, and Architectural Permit and are hereby <br />conditionally approved based on the Planning Commission’s consideration and reliance <br />on the CEQA Memorandum and in accordance with the attached and referenced plans, <br />details and descriptions contained therein, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, and subject to the Conditions of Approval as provided in Exhibit A attached to <br />this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 9.
