The COAs are specific conditions applicable to the <br />proposed project. The SDRs are items which are codified or adopted by resolution and <br />have been included for ease of reference, they may not be appealed or changed. The <br />SDRs are not intended as a comprehensive list. The COAs and SDRs are grouped <br />under specific headings that relate to the subject matter and the responsible division is <br />described in brackets, i.e. [PLANNING]. <br /> <br />The applicant is responsible for the fulfillment of all conditions and standard <br />development requirements, unless specifically stated otherwise. <br /> <br />In addition to complying with all applicable City, County, State and Federal Statutes, <br />Codes, Ordinances, Resolutions and Regulations, Permittee expressly accepts and <br />agrees to comply with the following Conditions of Approval and Standard Development <br />Requirements of this Permit: <br /> <br />Building Permit 1. Approval Letter & Conditions in Building Permit Plans - This Notice of Official <br />Action, with the accompanying conditions of approval, shall be printed on the first <br />page of the plans submitted to the Building Division for a building permit. <br />[COA][PLANNING] <br />Wireless Communications 2. Screening - All antennas, conduit, and any other mechanical or electrical <br />connectors shall be painted to match the color of the building or fence screening. <br />[SDR][PLANNING] 3. Maintenance - The wireless facility shall be maintained (inside and out) to an <br />optimal working condition at all times. a. The area shall be kept free of litter and debris at all times. <br />[COA][PLANNING] b. Routine maintenance of equipment shall be generally conducted during <br />the hours of 7 AM to 8 PM weekdays and between the hours of 8 AM and <br />5 PM Saturdays, per Redwood City Municipal Code, not including <br />holidays. [SDR][PLANNING] c. Emergency repairs and maintenance shall be conducted only in the cases <br />of power outages and equipment failure or malfunction. Equipment <br />“change out” and overhaul can only occur after 30-day notice to Planning <br />Services. [COA][PLANNING]
