Any minor change-outs of antennas, equipment cabinets, conduit, etc. <br />shall be submitted to Building Inspection Services for a Building Permit, for <br />Planning Services to review minor changes. [COA][PLANNING] <br /> 4. FCC Requirements - Comply with all FCC regulations. a. Increases in frequency, power, or intensity, including electric and magnetic <br />field strength, power density, and average exposure time exceeding (FCC) <br />regulations is prohibited. [SDR][FCC] b. In the event of significant changes to the originally-approved operation of <br />the subject facility, the City may require evidence from AT&T documenting <br />that the subject facility is operating within the allowable FCC regulations. <br />[COA][PLANNING] <br /> 5. Sound Levels - Any significant increase in sound levels reported by the neighbors, <br />as determined by the City, shall be promptly and expeditiously repaired and <br />reduced to the originally approved sound levels (55 dB). In the event that sound <br />levels are determined to be significantly higher than anticipated (as determined by <br />the City, but generally 3-5 db above ambient noise level), the City may revise the <br />conditions of this Permit in order to bring the proposed equipment noise to a <br />satisfactory level, as determined by the City. Substantial Conformity - Applicant shall ensure that all improvements <br />substantially conform to the project plans prepared by Greg Davis dated April 13, <br />and related information submitted by the Applicant, on file with Planning Services. <br />[COA][PLANNING] 7. Exterior Materials – The exterior materials, colors, textures, trim elements, <br />windows and roof pitch of the project shall be consistent throughout. <br />[COA][PLANNING] 8. Modifications - Modifications to the approved plans require Planning review and <br />approval prior to building permit issuance. Minor project modifications required to <br />meet building, fire, and safety codes at time of building permit plan check may be <br />allowed, at the City’s discretion. Substantial modification of approved plans, as <br />determined by the Zoning Administrator, may be subject to an amendment or a <br />new Permit. [COA][PLANNING] 9. Hours of Construction – Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and <br />8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as permitted on weekends by the <br />Building Official. [SDR][BUILDING] 10. Indemnification – Per Redwood City Code Section 1.54, Applicant shall defend <br />(with counsel approved by City), indemnify, and hold harmless the City, its agents, <br />officers, and employees from and against any claim, action, or proceeding <br />(including without limitation any appeal or petition for review thereof) against the
