Adequate public and private facilities such as utilities, landscaping, parking <br />spaces and traffic circulation measures are or will be provided for the proposed <br /> <br />The property is currently served by 30 parking spaces located on the Gordon Street <br />side. The proposed design incorporates 3 new spaces to meet the code requirements <br />for parking. Public utilities are available on Hawes Court to serve the new building. <br /> <br />F. Other findings required to be made in specific zoning districts as set forth in the <br />Zoning <br /> <br />In the R-4-O Zoning District, nursing or rest homes are permitted as a conditional uses. <br />The existing Senior Care Facility is consistent with this use. The proposed project meets these requirements and is not requesting <br />any variances. <br /> <br />7.
