If construction is unavoidable during this time, a <br />qualified biologist shall conduct a survey for nesting birds no more than three days <br />prior to the removal or trimming of any tree and prior to the start of ground disturbing <br />activities. If active nests are not present, project activities can proceed as <br />scheduled.
