Subsequent development projects may qualify for <br />exceptions to Reach Code all-electric requirements. <br />Project Applicant Comply with all-electric <br />requirements in <br />applicable Reach <br />Codes and comply with <br />EV requirements in <br />applicable Reach <br />Codes or most recently <br />adopted version of <br />CALGreen Tier 2, <br />whichever is more <br />restrictive. <br />City Prior to issuance of <br />building permit <br />Biological Resources <br />Mitigation Measure BIO-1 (formerly Mitigation Measure 15-3 from the DTPP <br />Final EIR): Project Applicant shall ensure that all tree removal and trimming, as well <br />as ground disturbing activities, are scheduled to take place outside of the breeding <br />season (February 15 to August 31). If construction is unavoidable during this time, a <br />qualified biologist shall conduct a survey for nesting birds no more than three days <br />prior to the removal or trimming of any tree and prior to the start of ground disturbing <br />activities. If active nests are not present, project activities can proceed as <br />scheduled.
