Southbound US 101 south of Woodside Road – PM peak hour <br />Impact TRANS-29: Under Cumulative Plus <br />Project Conditions, the Project would result in the <br />addition of traffic volumes representing more than <br />five percent of the ramp's capacity to the <br />northbound US 101 Off -Ramp to Woodside Road <br />and southbound US 101 On-Ramp from Woodside <br />Road, which already exceed the ramp capacity in <br />the AM and PM peak hours, respectively under <br />Cumulative Plus Project Conditions. <br />Mitigation Measure TRANS-29: The Project applicant shall contribute its fair-share contribution to <br />improvements to add capacity at the Woodside Road ramps and improvements to the US 101/SR <br />84 interchange pursuant to the US 101/SR 84 Interchange Improvement Project.
