<br />ATTY/AGR/2022.389/HARBOR VIEW PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />REV: 10-28-2022 VR 7 <br />escalation in, Existing Impact Fees. <br />“Non-Profit Affordable Housing Operator” means Saint Francis Center or such <br />other non-profit affordable housing operator as may be proposed by Developer and approved by <br />City in its reasonable discretion. <br />“Notice” is defined in Section 14.5. <br />“Old Seaport Pedestrian and Bicycle Enhancements” is defined in Section 3.5D. <br />“Other Agency Fees” is defined in Section 6.1D. <br />“Other Agency Subsequent Approvals” means Subsequent Approvals to be <br />obtained from governmental or quasi-governmental entities other than City. <br />“Parks and Recreation Contribution” is defined in Section 3.3A. <br />“Party/Parties” is defined in the introductory paragraph preceding the Recitals of <br />this Agreement. <br />“Planning Commission” means the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />“P&R DEI Contribution” is defined in Section 3.3B. <br />“Processing Fees” means all fees charged on a City-wide basis to cover the cost of <br />City processing of development project applications, including any required supplemental or other <br />further environmental review, plan checking (time and materials) and inspection and monitoring <br />for land use approvals, design review, grading and building permits, General Plan maintenance <br />fees, and other permits and entitlements required to implement the Project, which fees are in effect <br />at the time those permits, approvals, or entitlements are applied for, and which fees are intended <br />to cover City’s actual costs of processing the foregoing. <br />“Project ” is defined in Recital C. <br />“Project Approvals” means the Existing Approvals and, when and as approved in <br />accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Subsequent Approvals. <br />“Property” is defined in Recital B. <br />“Pump Station Improvement Credit” is defined in Section 6.4B. <br />“Pump Station Infrastructure” is defined in Section 6.4B. <br />“Reading Partners Contribution” is defined in Section 3.4B. <br />“Subdivision Improvement Agreement” is defined in Section 3.6. <br />“Subsequent Approvals” is defined in Section 10.1.
