BAYSHORE ROAD <br />REV: 12-09-22 VR <br />Page 38 of 61 <br />Mitigation Monitoring or Reporting Program <br />557 East Bayshore Road Project (SCH #2017072047) <br />Impacts Mitigation Timeframe for <br />Implementation <br />Responsibility <br />for <br />Implementatio <br />n <br />Oversight of <br />Implementatio <br />n <br />structure, and dominant species composition, and shall <br />contain at least as many individuals of the species as are <br />impacted by project activities. The permanent protection <br />and management of mitigation lands shall be ensured <br />through an appropriate mechanism, such as a <br />conservation easement or fee title purchase. A habitat <br />mitigation and monitoring plan (HMMP) shall be <br />developed and implemented for the mitigation lands. That <br />plan shall include, at a minimum, the following <br />information: <br /> a summary of habitat impacts and the proposed <br />mitigation; <br /> a description of the location and boundaries of the <br />mitigation site and description of existing site <br />conditions; <br /> a description of measures to be undertaken to <br />enhance (e.g., through focused management that <br />may include removal of invasive species in <br />adjacent suitable but currently unoccupied habitat) <br />the mitigation site for Congdon’s tarplant; <br /> a description of measures to transplant individual <br />plants or seeds from the impact area to the <br />mitigation site, if appropriate (which will be <br />determined by a qualified plant or restoration <br />ecologist); <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
