Due to the vesting tentative parcel map, the fees <br />for this project shall be calculated based on the ordinances, standards and policies that were in <br />place at the time the application for the tentative parcel map was deemed complete <br /> <br />6. Notice of Fees Protest – The applicant may protest any fees, dedications, reservations, or <br />other exactions imposed by the City as part of the approval or as a condition of approval of this <br />development. Per California Government Code Section 66020, this 90-day protest period has <br />begun as of the date of the approval of this application. Water Tanks – The applicant shall contribute its fair share for the cost of analysis, design, <br />construction, land acquisition of water tank in accordance with the East 101 Fair share <br />Infrastructure Area. The estimated cost in 2015 dollars is $3,061 per equivalent water dwelling <br />unit (EDUw). The contribution is estimated at $3,095,568.00.
