Affordable Housing Impact Fee – Pay an Affordable Housing Impact Fee for the new hotel square footage of the proposed project, estimated at $430, 987. [SDR] [HOUSING] <br />4. Public Art Fee – The proposed project is over 50,000 square feet and must either provide on-site public art with a valuation of at least 1% of the construction value of the project or make a contribution to the City of its Art in Public Places Fund. The in-lieu fee must be equal to a minimum of 1% of the construction valuation, or if the public art is provided on-site and does not reach the minimum, the project must pay the difference between 1% of the construction valuation and the value of art provided on-site, consistent with Chapter 45 Section 45.090 of the Municipal Code. The applicant must either obtain an approved public art permit or pay the in-lieu fee prior to issuance of any building permit for the project. [SDR] [PARKS] <br />5. Park Impact Fee – Pay a Park Impact fee of $3,325.76 per hotel room as outlined on the City’s Master Fee Schedule. The fee is estimated at $315,947.20, which accounts for 112 hotel rooms and a credit for the 17 hotel rooms currently on the property. [SDR] [PARKS&REC] <br />6. Transportation Impact Fee - Pay a Transportation Impact Fee for the net new trips resulting from the proposed project. The fee is estimated at $92,988. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />7. Water Fees – Pay applicable water fees as outlined on the City’s Master Fee Schedule, including but not limited to Water Capacity Charge, Water System Capital Facilities Fee, Water Service Tap Fee, and Water Meter Installation Fee, estimated at $290,067.30. Final fee amounts will be determined based on the final, approved, project plans. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />8. Sewer Fees – Pay applicable sewer fees as outlined on the City’s Master Fee Schedule, including but not limited to Sewer System Capital Facilities Fee and Wastewater Treatment Capacity Fee, estimated at $206,290.49. Final fee amounts will be determined based on the final, approved, project plans. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />9. School Impact Fee – If applicable, pay a School Impact Fee to the Sequoia Union High School District. Information regarding this fee may be obtained by contacting the Sequoia Union High School District at (650) 369-1411. [SDR][SCHOOL DISTRICT] <br />10. Notice Of Fees Protest – The applicant may protest any fees, dedications, reservations, or other exactions imposed by the City as part of the approval or as a condition of approval of this development.
