Following City review and comment, Consultant will revise and <br />submit a final memo to the City within one (1) week of receiving comments. <br />Deliverables: One (1) pre-construction wildlife survey <br />Contractor environmental awareness training materials (8 <br />hardcopies) <br />Monitoring log for up to ten (10) days of construction monitoring <br />(submitted with memo) <br />Draft and Final Memo submitted to the City (electronic) <br />Task 2. Additional Construction Monitoring – OPTIONAL <br />If requested by the City, Consultant will provide up to an additional ten (10) days of daily <br />biological monitoring during construction. Consultant will maintain a monitoring log to <br />record monitoring activities. Photographs will also be taken to document site conditions <br />during monitoring. <br />Deliverables: Construction monitoring for up to ten (10) days <br /> <br />Schedule <br />Project will commence on July 15, 2024 and continue for 7 to 10 working days initially. <br />Close coordination between the Consultant and the City and/or the construction <br />contractor will be necessary to time surveys and environmental training(s) prior to Project <br />commencement. <br />Fees: <br />Payments will be made within 30 days after receipt of accurate invoice. Invoices will be <br />submitted at the end of each task, all in accordance with Section 6. <br />Consultant will invoice the City for Task 1 on a time and materials basis for a not-to- <br />exceed amount of $28,159. If applicable, Consultant will bill the City for Task 2 on a time <br />and materials basis for a not-to-exceed amount of $18,180.
