To influence the outcome of any specific election or to carry on, directl y or <br />indirectly, any voter registration drives; <br />c.For any purposes other than those specified in Section 170 (c) (2) (B) of <br />the Internal Revenue Code (e.g., charitable, educational or scientific <br />purposes). <br />(6)The Grantee will advise the Foundation immediately if the Internal Revenue Service <br />gives notification that there has been or will be any change in the Grantee’s tax- exempt <br />status. <br />(7)In consideration of accepting the grant from the Foundation, the Grantee shall indemnify, <br />defend, and hold the Foundation, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from and <br />against any and all liability, loss, expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or claims <br />REV: 07-18-24 LF <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.112/Shinnyo-en Foundation (Shinnyo-en Fellow) (Page 2 of 6)
