This Grant Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions by which <br />a grant is made from the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (GO-LUCI) <br />to City of Redwood City (hereinafter “Fiscal Sponsor” for Redwood City Together (RWCT) <br />(hereinafter “Grantee”)). <br /> <br />Project Title: Redwood City Together for Support of the PACE Youth Program (hereinafter <br />“Project”) <br /> <br />2. This Agreement will commence on July 15, 2024, and continue through March 1, 2027. <br /> <br />3. The total amount of this Agreement is not to exceed $200,000.00 [Two Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars and No Cents]. <br /> <br />4.
