The July 22, 2024, staff report describes the amendments in detail and is attached to this <br />staff report as Linked Document 1. The City Council introduced the amendments as recommended by staff <br />without revisions. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />No financial impact is anticipated as a result of adopting the proposed Zoning Code Amendments. The <br />cost of preparing the Zoning Code Amendments is paid for through the City’s General Plan Maintenance <br />Fee, which is a fee applied to every building permit the City issues. <br />6.J. - Page 1 of 164 <br />221
