The narrowest dimension of a lot fronting on a street. The Zoning Administrator <br />shall determine the front yard for corner lots, panhandle lot, and irregularly shaped lots based primarily <br />on the orientation of neighboring structures and setbacks of the existing structure. The location of the <br />front door may also be considered for determining the front of the lot. <br />Lot Property Line, Interior Side. Any lot boundary not a front, exterior side, or rear property lot line. <br />Property Line, Exterior Side. The side property line of a corner lot abutting a street. <br />Property Line, Rear. The property line which is opposite and most distant from the front property line. <br />Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Facility. A building containing six or more SRO units used as a primary <br />residence by occupants. <br />Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Unit. A room that is used by no more than two persons as a primary <br />residence within a Single Room Occupancy Facility, but which lacks either or both a self-contained kitchen <br />or bathroom. <br />Stormwater Site Design Measures. Any project design features that reduce stormwater pollution by <br />decreasing or slowing stormwater runoff or intercepting the flow of runoff across a series of contiguous <br />impervious surfaces. <br />Story. That portion of a building included between the surface of any floor and the surface of the floor <br />next above it, or, if there be no floor above it, then the space between the floor and the ceiling next above <br />it. If a basement is more than six (6) feet above finished grade or natural grade (whichever is lower), such <br />basement shall be considered a story.
