This Regulatory Agreement includes ___________ (__) pages and three (3) <br />exhibits. <br />6.13.2 None of the terms, conditions, covenants, restrictions, reservations, <br />terms, provisions or agreements set forth in this Regulatory Agreement shall be deemed to be <br />merged with any deed conveying title to any estate or interest in the Property or the Development. <br />6.13.3 This Regulatory Agreement may be executed in any number of <br />counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original for all purposes; provided, however, <br />that all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. <br />6.13.4 Signatures delivered by facsimile shall be binding as originals upon the <br />Parties so signing and delivering; provided, however, that original signature(s) shall be required <br />for documents to be recorded. <br /> <br /> <br />[Signature Page Follows] <br />6.M. - Page 100 of 110 <br />556
