<br />30 <br />Authority, without the written consents of any Owners, but only to the extent permitted by law <br />and only for any one or more of the following purposes: <br /> <br />(i) to add to the agreements, conditions, covenants and terms required by <br />the Authority or the City to be observed or performed herein other agreements, <br />conditions, covenants and terms thereafter to be observed or performed by the Authority <br />or the City, or to surrender any right or power reserved herein to or conferred herein on <br />the Authority or the City, and which in either case shall not materially adversely affect the <br />interests of the Owners; <br /> <br />(ii) to make such provisions for the purpose of curing any ambiguity or of <br />correcting, curing or supplementing any defective provision contained herein or in regard <br />to questions arising hereunder which the Authority or the City may deem desirable or <br />necessary and not inconsistent herewith, and which shall not materially adversely affect <br />the interests of the Owners; <br /> <br />(iii) to make such additions, deletions or modifications as may be necessary <br />or appropriate to assure the exclusion of interest on the Bonds from federal or State <br />income taxes; <br /> <br />(iv) to provide for the issuance of Parity Obligations as provided for in Section <br />4.03 hereof or the issuance of Additional Bonds as provided for in the Indenture; <br /> <br />(v) to make such other changes herein or modifications hereto as the <br />Authority or the City may deem desirable or necessary, and which shall not materially <br />adversely affect the interests of the Owners. <br /> <br />Any amendment made in violation of this Section 8.11 shall be a nullity and void. <br /> <br />Section 8.12. Effective Date. <br /> <br />This Installment Purchase Contract shall become effective upon its execution and <br />delivery, and shall terminate when all Installment Payments shall have been fully paid (or <br />provision for the payment thereof shall have been made pursuant to Section 6.03) and the <br />Bonds are no longer Outstanding (or provision for the payment thereof shall have been made to <br />the written satisfaction of the Authority pursuant to Article IX of the Indenture); provided, that the <br />obligation of the City to compensate the Trustee, and indemnify the Authority and the Trustee, <br />shall survive the termination of this Installment Purchase Contract. <br /> <br />Section 8.13.
