CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.D. Agreement for Services with Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC <br /> (WRT) for planning, urban design, California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA), community engagement, and economic <br />analysis consulting services to support development of the <br />Downtown & Central Redwood City Plan, with funding provided <br />by General Plan maintenance fees <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />an agreement for planning, urban design, CEQA, community <br />engagement, and economic analysis consulting services with WRT <br />for the Downtown & Central Redwood City Plan for a total not-to - <br />exceed amount of $3,068,241, which includes a base fee of <br />$2,789,310 and a 10% contingency of $278,931; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution appropriating $3,068,241 for contract costs <br />associated with professional services for the Downtown & Central <br />Redwood City Plan.
