Agreement for Services with Astound Broadband, LLC, <br /> to resume maintenance and installation of fiber optics <br />facilities in Redwood City to continue providing internet <br />service for its customers to communicate with data <br />centers, exchange information, and access the internet <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute an Agreement for Services with Astound <br />Broadband, LLC, for the installation of fiber optic facilities <br />in Redwood City for an initial term of 10 years, August <br />2024 through August 2034, with an automatic yearly <br />renewal thereafter.
