Award 2023-2024 Watermain Replacement Project - <br />Cambridge and Emerald Hills to Casey Construction, Inc. <br />with funding of up to $4,167,307 provided in the Water <br />Capital Projects Fund <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />the contract documents and award the standard form contract <br />for the 2023-2024 Watermain Replacement Project - Cambridge <br />and Emerald Hills to Casey Construction, Inc. of Emerald Hills for <br />their responsive and responsible low total bid of $3,788,461 <br />from the Water Capital Projects Fund, waive certain minor bid <br />irregularities as set forth in the staff report, and authorize the <br />City Manager or their designee to increase the contract amount, <br />if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, for a total <br />amount not to exceed $4,167,307.
