Adopt a resolution supporting the Vera Avenue <br />Permanent Bicycle Boulevard Project and James Avenue/El <br />Camino Real Intersection Improvement Project and <br />Authorizing the Submittal of Two Applications to the San <br />Mateo County Transportation Authority for Measure A/W <br />Pedestrian and Bicycle Program Funding; and <br /> 2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute <br />related grant documents.
