CONSENT CALENDAR – Continued <br /> 6.I. Amendment No. 1 Agreement for Services with Camino <br />Technologies, Inc. (Camino) to provide online licensing <br /> and permitting software, with costs funded by permit fees <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, determine that due to the nature of the service, <br />a competitive bidding process is not likely to serve the best <br />interest of the City; and approve and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Agreement for Services for an automated permit and land <br />management system with Camino Technologies, Inc. for a <br />not-to-exceed amount of $69,000 for a period of three <br />years, from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027 funded by <br />dedicated permit fee revenues, for a total not-to-exceed <br />contract amount of $129,000 for from April 1, 2021 to <br />March 31, 2027. (Requires 5/7 vote)
