MINUTE BOOK NO. 69 <br />The following member of the public gave public comment: <br />•Bryan Jacobs <br />Mayor Gee closed the public hearing. <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending the Zoning Code to <br />implement the 2023-2031 Housing Element, the El Camino Real Corridor Plan, and <br />maintain the Zoning Code. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Martinez Saballos, to waive the first reading and <br />introduce an ordinance amending the Zoning Code to implement the 2023-2031 <br />Housing Element, the El Camino Real Corridor Plan, and maintain the Zoning Code, <br />passed unanimously by electronic vote. <br />9.MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />9.A.
